Trained in the Demolition of both commercial and residential buildings both with the use of heavy equipment and in many circumstances by hand. Specialized in the safe removal and disposal of hazardous materials. Primarily asbestos but including mold, lead, and Hantivirus.

• The construction of hazmat containments and decontamination chambers and maintenance of equipment required to work in such conditions (Powered air-purifying respirators, Negative Air units).
• Adapt at working in extreme conditions for long durations.
• Level 2 Asbestos certification and demonstrated ability to follow strict rules set about by Work Safe BC in regards to such work.
• Removal of asbestos to the satisfaction of both visual inspection and air monitoring done by environmental consultants (Peak, Apex).
