Having been a Pre School/Jr K teacher and knowing Early Childhood development needs. I have done everything from teaching to organizing Co-ops. Having been in Charge of a Birth to Toddler program at a previous Church. From Being an Awana leader. From being an Adoptive mother to being a Foster Mother. Being an office manager and production manager for a ballet studio and their productions. Understanding the needs of parents and how important open and clear communication is. To now working as a Lead in the Nursery/toddler area with Bay Side El Dorado Hills and knowing what direction the Church wants to see this program go.
