• $60M over 10 projects in the greater Los Angeles area, including Dodgers Stadium, LAX Airport, and Long Beach Airport
• Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, safety, and execution
• Duties include building and maintaining project schedule, weekly safety meetings and inspections for all on site crews, and coordinating with subtrades, Owner’s representatives, Architects, Engineers, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction

UCLA Le Conte, Superintendent

• $158M 17-story apartment building on UCLA campus
• Responsible for interior finishes on Level 2 - 17, project close out and commissioning, and punch list
• Duties include coordinating with project stakeholders, maintaining safety throughout the jobsite with 100 workers, project scheduling, and problem solving

Universal Studios Hollywood P526, Project Engineer

• $250M new attraction and land at Universal Studios Hollywood
• Responsible for structural steel, waterproofing, exterior envelope, and back of house finishes
• Duties include processing change orders, submittal tracking and submission, tracking field progress, identifying field quality issues, and coordinating mockups

LAFC Banc of California Stadium, Field Engineer

• $270M soccer stadium in Expo Park, Los Angeles
• Responsible for self-perform concrete ($30M)
• Responsible for build out of basement level, including locker rooms, restrooms, field club bar, owners lounge, private suites
• Duties included writing RFIs, processing submittals, coordinating field trades, tracking progress, and punch list

Westfield Century City Mall Upgrade, Field Engineer

• $45M structural upgrade to the subgrade mall parking structure
• Responsible for self-perform concrete
• Duties included cost coding/time cards, quantity tracking, ordering concrete, tracking field progress, coordination work sequence

• Duties include project close out procedures for all active construction projects
• Requires working in teams, attention to detail, following specific instructions, communication with subcontractors and project managers

• Duties include assisting with site surveys, shop drawing submittal review, and punch list project walks
• Requires attention to detail, following instructions, and ability to communicate with contractors and construction managers

• Duties include maintaining a safe pool deck, conducting first aid, and assisting with pool maintenance
• Requires attention to detail and maintaining focus in high pressure situations
