Deputy Project Manager (AS-06)

1. Plan and manages the administrative operations and financial resources of multi-disciplinary project teams involved in design and construction projects delivering new classes of Large and Small Vessels for the CCG and leads the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan and multi-year project framework. Provides advice on project management issues, trends and strategic direction to project managers and stakeholders to enhance project support delivery services.


2. Provides authoritative financial and budget management services related to the project operating and salary budget allocation, review and/or re-profiling, expenditures, approval and reassignment of funds. Reviews and endorses project specific financial management processes and recommends implementation to Project Manager, Program Management Office (PMO) and Chief Financial Office (CFO) as well as directs the analysis of financial information, business information systems and technology requirements.
