I am a passionate yoga teacher with 200 RYT training and currently in a 300 HR training. I love teaching all levels and specialize in Vinyasa, Yogalates, Strength Training and Hot 26 Yoga. My goal is to offer an inclusive and safer space for all bodies and connect with the breath, mind, and body.
