In the past 5 years of working at CBM, I have consistently maintained our customers of many years happy and have achieved excellent results in every project and job. As a project manager at CBM, I'm in charge of overseeing projects from initial planning to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. I ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards throughout the projects. I am responsible for communicating with subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues that may arise during these projects. My role is to also communicate with property managers to update them on project progress and ensure projects exceed their expectations. My commitment to always having success in our project has been essential in building long-lasting professional relationships. I have specialized knowledge in dealing with a diverse range of subcontractors in various fields such as plumbing, painting, building maintenance, gardening, and tree trimming.
