Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Site Program Leadership:
  Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of recreational cheerleading programs and seasonal camps across four gym locations.
• Team & Staff Management:
  Manage a team of approximately 80 staff across all locations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Budgeting & Financial Oversight:
  Develop and manage budgets and performance targets for each location, ensuring financial accountability and strategic growth.
• Client & Family Relations:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for athletes and their families, providing exceptional customer service and conflict resolution.
• Marketing, Promotion & Design:
  Lead all advertising and promotional strategies, including graphic design and content creation, to support program enrollment and brand presence.
• Program Innovation & Expansion:
  Create and implement new recreational offerings and seasonal programs aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
• Event Development & Revenue Generation:
  Plan and execute community engagement events to increase visibility, drive registration, and generate additional revenue streams.
• Backend Operations Management:
  Oversee all administrative and backend functions, including registration systems, account management, payments, and reporting processes.
