Completing home visits to conduct health and safety assessments for clients receiving PSW/HSW home care. Performing head-to-toe assessments and reporting safety concerns and changes in health status to appropriate members of the care team. Completing documentation on findings and reporting to Ontario Health at Home. Communicating and collaborating with community supervisors regarding patient care. Performing basic elements of care during client visits. Manage approximately five initial or six month reassessments per day.

• Conduct thorough health assessment of clients in order to administer neuromodulator and dermal filler injections, conducting chemical peels and facials, and application/removal of lash extensions. Manages administrative activities including but not limited to appointment scheduling, stock management, cash management, expense tracking etc. Educating clients on proper skincare and addressing specific concerns by recommending products sold in clinic. Collaborating with clients to create a skincare plan by combining scheduled professional treatments and daily care products.

• Create a positive experience for guests and generate repeat business. Increase brand awareness by educating customers about wine and executing educational tours and guided tastings in English and French. Maintain positive public perception through meticulous maintenance of facilities and service excellence. Improve customer retention and referrals by responding in a professional manner to customer inquiries and dealing with issues or concerns. Accurately manage cashiering activities in area of purchasing while adhering to company policies and procedures.
