• Oversee outside counsel, develop and drive litigation strategy from case inception through resolution, and manage litigation budgets.

• Oversaw litigation strategy from inception through trial or settlement, including outside counsel management, case evaluation, discovery, and internal coordination.

• Directed all aspects of eDiscovery: implemented legal holds, data mapping, and collection of records dating back to 1999; managed email search, review, and export for over 7,000 custodians; coordinated with 17 departments to understand electronic systems and data retention capabilities.

• Served as the corporate point of contact for all discovery and trial-related activities: identified and prepared 30(b)(6) and fact witnesses, attended and reported on depositions, mock trials, and served as Corporate Representative in four trials.

• Led all ESI processes including device imaging, vendor coordination, and data ingestion into Relativity; edited and reviewed all pleadings and discovery responses.

• Developed and maintained a comprehensive Litigation Library to house frequently requested documents with preserved metadata; organized physical demonstratives (documents, medical devices, electronics) subject to legal hold.

• Acted as the primary legal liaison for in-house neurologists and neurophysiologists; gained deep operational knowledge of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring workflows, complex OR equipment, and the backend infrastructure of the Company’s Medical Record Application.
