Notable Accomplishments:

• Lead project manager in a multi-million-dollar program to build buses entirely in Canada. To date, have secured executive approvals, mobilized 150+ internal and external stakeholders, and completed key milestones including construction launch to deploy critical infrastructure to commission battery-electric buses at a newly leased facility, plant-wide sprinkler and water main infrastructure upgrades across 150,000 sq. ft., and procurement of fuel storage/dispensing systems. Driving all Environmental Health & Safety initiatives to ensure full compliance ahead of production commissioning.
• Spearheaded a pivotal project to manufacture and deliver the next generation axle and suspension system to customers. Directed a team of over 75 employees from across the organization. Project was completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
