My return rate is minimal as I strive to deliver higher levels of technology for a greater client satisfaction rate; I also recognize when a client may require financing options to purchase hearing aids that fit their budget. In 2023, I was invited to Milan, Italy to receive Amplifons most prestigious award "The Charles Holland Award". Awarded to only 2 clinics per country each year which have distinguished themselves for their performance and adherence to the company's values, in particular customer devotion, and the quality of service to people.
