We were servicing 3 meals a day including a morning snack and evening snack
I learned 175 residence diets and personalities
I did daily/ monthly Audits, I also efficiently worked within a tight budget and did weekly budget spreadsheets
I had the responsibility to custom make menus for residence that had different dietary needs
I also had to order in our food, chemicals and kitchen equipment two times a week
I attended monthly manager learning classes
I worked hard to comply with the food safety regulations for our kitchen and facility
I kept all staff files and residence files well organized
Also had the opportunity to plan large events within the home
Created and maintained an inpatient care log that noted patient medical history, medications, and diagnoses
Did all scheduling, training, hiring, and dismissing staff
