Provide leadership to all administrative processes as well as working with our board of directors to fulfill the organizations mission. Generating necessary reports and communications in timely and accurate fashion. Well versed on policies and resources in order to support the board in making well informed decisions.


  • Prepare annual budget with focus on financial policies, procedures and controls ($800K+).
  • Work closely with clubs and directors to ensure financial spending meets MTO requirements for trail permit dollars.
  • Timely and accurate processing of billings, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Perform payroll administration.
  • Process petty cash, mileage, reimbursements and travel expenses.
  • Perform club and internal sale reconciliations and deposit of permits.
  • Prepare monthly financial and board reports for director meetings.
  • Act as main contact for all provincial (MTO) financial audits.
  • Design and set-up operational and financial reports (excel,) importing from multiple sources, to provide directors with an understanding of operations, costs, grooming hours and revenue based on OFSC Matrix
