  • Would take dimensions and weights of our products and input it into our Admin system.
  • Became a Pod Head for Inbound and would rectify any overages and shortages in NetSuite.
  • Would walk around pallets and double check the counters work physically matched what was written on the Receiving Ticket.
  • Would use the Reconciliation Tool in admin to reconcile any units out or in depending on what was physically present.

  • Helped Fulfillment catch up when they are falling behind on orders and would pack out orders with the rest of the training team.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures, Standard Work Instructions, and One Point Lessons when needed in both English and Spanish. Booked meetings to review them with leadership for accuracy.
  • Oversaw the interviewing process when considering potential candidates to fulfill the rest of Training and Process Coordinator roles.

  • Printed out employee credentials and temp credentials so we can track better on who is doing what.
  • Would create process maps for high level overviews in Melrose and Inventory.
  • Uploaded training material to Paycom. Would update course material such as training quizzes, training contracts with updated UPHs, and certificates of completion. Would assign the Checklists to associates who met rate for their department to get them certified. If they did not pass the training quiz, we would have a conversation and look for any potential gaps in training.
  • Created aisle signs for Wholesale for better visibility on the racks to mirror what Fulfillment looks like.
