Organize meetings and activities weekly for 50 scouts. Keep parents informed of important information for their scouts activities and achievements. Teach the required materials in order for scouts to reach their next rank. Address concerns and inquiries from parents and other cub scout members.
Assist teachers by working various stations with small groups of students. Assist with special events and field trips as a chaperone. Help grade weekly homework and assist with corrections. Tutored children in small groups for reading.
Answer incoming phone calls and operates a computer dispatch system, monitors fire and other systems alarms and inputs incident reports into the computer system. Dispatches Security Personnel, Police and Fire Personnel to emergency and non-emergency calls for service.
