As a senior support agent my job included such responsibilities:

- replying to emails and chatting with users;

- solving users' purchase, fitness and technical issues;

- working with App Store and Google Play reviews;

- co-working with other teams like quality assessment team or fitness experts;

- being a support buddy for newcomers and junior agents.

Empire English School is a company which gives online and offline classes to students all ages in groups and individually using its unique methodology called Edutainment

As a teacher my responsibilities were as follows:

- teaching adolescents and adults in groups and individually by using methodology of "edutainment" which combines education and entertainment while teaching;

- teaching general and business English to corporate students at their enterprises;

- making creative and interactive lesson plans;

- being a methodologist and guiding junior teachers.

Yappi Corporate is a company which is aimed only on corporate sector and teaches general and business English to adults at their enterprises.

As a teacher my duties included:

- teaching adults by using methodology called Presentation, Practice, Production;

- creating lesson plans;

- attending refresher courses arranged by the company.

Europe" Development Center is a company which gives offline classes and is targeted on developing language knowledge of schoolchildren.

As a teacher I used to:

- give offline classes to children aged from 6 to 12;

- attend refresher courses arranged by the company;

- organize special holiday events for children.
