I am responsible for supervising investigators all over the state of California. I review, correct and sign off on reports that are viewed by upper management and outside agencies. I am responsible for training investigators in their law enforcement duties including teaching large groups of investigators in-person and online. I am responsible for the investigators administrative activities including signing off on timesheets as well as hiring and firing staff. I supervise and assist in conducting and completing search and arrest warrants, serve official notices; issue citations, testify in court and at other legal actions; secure and transport evidence and criminal suspects, embargo adulterated, misbranded or falsely advertised prescription drugs and medical devices and investigate complaints I also collaborate with local, state and federal agencies on investigations.

I Inspected and investigated physical facilities throughout the state where prescription drugs and home medical devices are held, retailed and dispensed to ensure that all pertinent records, files, processes, controls, and facilities are in compliance with current laws. I took action as appropriate to assure violations are corrected and conduct recall investigations. O performed background checks on suspects and/or individuals of interest and prepare appropriate reports. I independently prepared investigative reports, statements of fact, criminal, civil, and administrative referrals, and other documents to complete inspections and investigations. I took enforcement actions to abate criminal and civil violations; prevent the distribution or sale of adulterated, misbranded, or falsely advertised prescription drugs and medical devices; prevent illegal dispensing of dangerous medical devices; provide compliance information to retail facilities. I served conduct and complete search and arrest warrants, serve official notices; issue citations, testify in court and at other legal actions; secure and transport evidence and criminal suspects, embargo adulterated, misbranded or falsely advertised prescription drugs and medical devices; investigate complaints, monitor medical device recalls, and witness the reconditioning or destruction of prescription drugs and medical devices that have been condemned or are unfit for use. I constructively worked with other state, federal, local regulatory agencies, medical device industry, academia, and consumer groups.

• I held over two hundred cases in my name and was required to follow up with each family individually to ensure that each participant is not committing fraud
• If I did find a family was committing fraud, I was responsible for following up with the family to retrieve pertinent information for my investigation and prepare a case file which can be used in court proceedings
• I was responsible for setting up appointments with clients monthly, processing their paperwork in a timely manner, answering all phone calls from my clients and ensuring that my case load was organized and everybody was being helped in the best way possible
• I was also required to communicate and help people of all different types of backgrounds, cultures and languages
• I was also responsible for writing clear and concise reports which were used for myself, legal hearings, my supervisor or attorneys within the County.
