  • Primary support worker (case manager) for a youth male diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
  • Responsible for 1:1 support rotating between four individuals daily. This consists of; personal hygiene, nutrition, social recreation, toileting, daily living skills, skill acquisition, sensory play, fitness, and creative activities such as crafts, baking, games, gardening, etc.
  • Capable of all administrative duties including tracking data (frequency data, ABC data, etc.), data entry, implementing and creating ABA programming, training staff, individual case load work, parent weekly updates, keeping up with licensing requirements, and incident reporting.
  • Reliably maintained cleanliness within the home by keeping up with laundry, kitchen duties, garbage removal, disinfecting, sweeping, mopping, and taking care of the individual’s rooms.
