• Handle a high volume of daily inbound/outbound calls, leads (250+)
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure
transactions are handled with a high level of customer service
• Customer account management/organization/tracking
• Collecting Documents required for files
• Partner with in-house processing team to ensure requests are handled in a timely
manner
● Review existing systems and provide estimates for additional work (Panel add-ons, Panel Remove and reinstall, monitoring upgrade, EV Charger installations, etc.)
● Provide customer service to all customers both original and non-original Stellar Solar installations.
● Work with equipment vendors to follow up with field visits and process RMA’s.
● Creating and configuring monitoring portals for customer solar systems in appropriate manufacturer software (Solar Edge, SunPower, and Enphase)
● Creating, configuring and transferring monitoring portals for customer solar systems online
● Conduct ongoing performance (active) monitoring of solar systems. ● Conducting consistent follow ups with customers via phone or email
● Reporting and negotiating customer accounts
● Locating/ retrieving customer informant on Salesforce and other CRMS as needed
● Performing general office administration work and other tasks as assigned by the manager.
