During the weekdays

• designed and created bouquets

this included designing bouquets of all varieties, assisting others as needed, assisting managers upon request. Due to seniority, I also had extra responsibilities such as retrieving inventory, organizing product as well as any other tasks the managers had requested.

During the weekend

• supervised/led shifts

this included delegating jobs, answering any questions, assisting workers when needed and opening and closing the shifts. I also assumed this role during busy Holiday times, when we would work the morning and night shift, I would supervise/run the night shift.
