Project and Activities

  • Reduction of Drag for the Arrow EV Project (2021) - Conducted CFD simulations to analyze the airflow characteristics. Investigated the differences in drag and lift forces between open and closed passages for improved vehicle aerodynamics. Demonstrated a strong understanding of CFD principles, boundary conditions, geometry clean-up, and meshing techniques.
  • FAST CHARGING OF Li-ion BATTERIES WITH REDUCED LITHIUM PLATING (2021) - This project involves the using of PSO algorithm to charge the batteries in its MCCCV condition, so as it takes the least time for charging as well as provides health conscious charging. The software used were MATLAB, Simulink and Python programming language. In comparison to the CC-CV method, the charging time significantly reduces by a frame of 15% to 17%, with a minor decrease in terms of battery degredation.
  • MODELLING OF HYDRAULIC SHOCK ABSORBER USING AMESim (2021) - This project shows the physical behavior of a racing shock absorber referred to as TTR shock absorber. The design structure of the shock absorber is implemented in 1-D simulation tool known as AMESim . The simulated displacement curves at high speed and low speed depict the effect of hydraulic shock absorbers on undefined road conditions.
  • DESIGN AND DEVELOPMEMNT OF AUTOMIZED CARGO DELIVERY SYSTEM FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES (2019) - This project involved the design and manufacturing of a four wheeled delivery system which is self automated for a fixed layout and is also installed with safety parameters. The main objective of this project was to provide heavy load travel on a minimized vehicle.
  • OVERHAULING OF ENGINE (2018) - This project was based on tuning a 100 cc two wheels engine from its scraped condition to its original performance. The engine was effected by the ongoing flood situation. The main motive of this project was to obtain engine from its scrap condition. This project was carried out during the third year of my Bachelors degree in India.
  • BASIC DESIGNING PRINCIPLE OF A FORMULA CAR (2017) - This project involved the basic designing of the outer body panel of a • formula based vehicle so as to have a knowledge of the parameters to be considered. The project was carried out during the second year of my Bachelors degree in India. This was a base level project. the software used were CATIA, SOLIDWORKS, ANSYS and carried out CFD analysis
