Reading, running, crossfit, yoga, stregth training, paddling and being with family.

Our family is and always has been into physical activity.  I have been running for 12 years, and after that starting crossfit, yoga and strength training.  Before I started running, my activities were sports / team related.  I still like team sports, but in our area, there are not many teams for adults.

My husband is the Principal of our village's K to 12 school, we have 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren, with a third on the way.  We have a cabin at Turtle Lake and spend as much time as we can there.
