Became proficient in using specialized planting equipment by consistently improving both technique and skill, planting approximately 2000 trees a day, and 73000 cumulatively. Worked 10 hour days, collaborated with team members and employers to develop effective strategies for dealing with trials relevant to both the job and social balance. Understood soil conditions and tree growth, adjusting planting practices as necessary for optimal results in several hectare pieces of land.

• Delivered exceptional customer service while managing multiple tables and kitchen staff, as well as training new waitstaff on menu knowledge, service standards, and workplace procedures. Operated clover point-of-sale (POS) machines as well as cash handling. Managed upwards of 10 tables at a time, translated as the only English speaker on staff at any point in time, handling all customer interactions.

Passed out flyers and discussed electoral candidates while mitigating bias and focusing on education through involvement.
