  • The project was started ahead of schedule and at a TIC of $330MM

Accomplishments

  • History of delivering projects on time, under budget, and safely. Most recently, completed a project two months ahead of an aggressive schedule (14 months), from FEED to on-stream and under budget by 10.4% ($30.3M), TIC $291M.
  • Managed the installation of two co-gen units at the Edson Gas Plant, minimizing the required shutdown time by proactively working with and engaging Operations and AESO.
  • Led a project that outperformed the corporate HSE TRIF (Total Recordable Incident Frequency) target of 1.8 by achieving a TRIF of 0.24. Achieved 750,000 person-hours of lost time incident free.
