- While volunteering at the Mustard Seed, I have been able to aid food insecurity throughout my community by supporting the kitchen staff of the homeless shelter who prepare food for the food service at the shelter, and further treat those who are struggling with utmost dignity.
- My roles as a volunteer with the Mustard Seed have included helping with prepping meals for the food service, packaging to-go boxes for other locations such as The Drop-In centre, serving meals during meal service and helping sanitize the kitchen afterwards.

- While volunteering with the Calgary Food Bank, I have undertaken many roles including working the distribution line making dry ingredient food hampers, preparing shopping carts to be sent out to people by filling them with food, and packaging fresh food for distribution.

- My role as a volunteer with the Salvation Army has included helping out with sponsored community marathons, coat drives, soup kitchens and various children's activities such as holiday parties, summer programs, etc.

- Additionally, I supported AHS staff and patients by completing tasks they needed help with such as taking lab samples up to the lab, organizing medical supplies, refilling masks, cups, and trays for patient use, and further ensuring the clinics' cleanliness by sanitizing high-touch surfaces and staff rooms to maintain safety.
