Being accepted into Long Beach State University with a major in Architecture and a Minor in Interior Design, has given me the confidence to pursue a career in the construction industry.
My area of expertise includes Manufactured general construction and management but are not limited to landscaping, pool remodels, hardscape, HVAC, interior and exterior design. As a student of Contractor State Licensing School where I am working towards my General B License, I have fair knowledge in the law and business aspect of the construction industry. Having gone through extensive coursework on law and trade, computer technologies, extensive math courses, and general building study, I believe I possess a considerable amount of knowledge.
Through shadowing in companies such as South Bay Pools, Espinoza General Construction, and Modern Landscaping I gained hands-on experience preparing budgets, overseeing and writing project contracts, and coordinated projects to meet deadlines. I served as the company's face and approachable personal to both clients and employees. I currently work under Advantage Homes where I am gaining knowledge in sales, marketing, contracts, loan pre qualifications, and scout desirable and attainable mobile homes for clients.
With my prior experience, I believe that I can be of great benefit to your team, bring forth new ideas, and be of great support to your business and clients to achieve their dream home builds.
