- Works collaboratively with the JWC Manager, Case Managers, Clinical Counsellor, and Indigenous Peer Support Worker to provide a person-centred, trauma-informed approach to client support and case management as clients work through the JWC therapeutic court system.

- Provides trauma-informed care and culturally sensitive service.
- Refers clients to other service providers and works in collaboration with service partners to support clients.
- Writes case notes, documents services provided, and maintains confidentiality of files.
