Review Governments licenses, permits, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Implement regular monthly /weekly store visits to ensure that franchise units
comply with Men Zone store standards and local regulations
Customer Service and Reviews Management:
Respond to Google reviews and customer complaints at the store level, provide assistance to receptionists.
Create customer service education initiatives for barbers/receptionists to enhance the overall client experience.
Technology Integration and Training:
Implement and provide training to employees on utilizing the MINDBODY Online
Booking system, enabling them to efficiently access features such as checking daily earnings, monitoring payments, and adopting any new technologies or software to enhance their overall performance.
Liaison and Communication:
