I'm constantly thinking on how to fit exercise into my day wether it be a walk at fast pace depending on weather,or an exercise video off youtube. I have a love of music which also feeds my love of dance. I take myself out dancing once a week an enjoy a live band, i also have a love of singing and am in the church choir, all works towards keeping me fit along with a reasonably healthy diet.
