  • Achieved a 3% increase to the BC Works, Kitimat sites People and Culture survey leadership results through introducing a Leadership Development program (5 modules delivered during 2024) that developed skills and emotional intelligence underpinned by our values of Care, Courage and Curiosity.
  • A member of the Kitimat Senior Leadership Team to provide direction and management of our employees ensuring safety and production targets are achieved.
