• Lead on ERP expansion project to on-board Easi-Serv to the FIFO NetSuite platform working with all stakeholders at both businesses to ensure their needs were addressed in the development process
• Improved efficiency and effectiveness of financial accounting system, including aligning chart of accounts & development of budget templates with the two businesses and then corporate; establishing processes for corporate credit card tracking; establishing internal controls

Company Overview: Light assembly/manufacturer with global sales distribution and revenue of $4-8M, 20+ staff, leader of finance team of 3

• The acquisition of another regionally located business (Easi-Serv Products) resulted in amalgamation for reporting & tax purposes
• Financial oversight including profit by product line analysis done to assist senior management with decision making and facility improvements, adapted and developed procedures & policies to meet the needs of the local business as well as Corporate
• Analyzed in-depth, key metrics in monthly reports to understand macros of the business financials and communicate drivers of performance and reported summary of performance of each business unit and responded to questions as needed from Corporate
• Created manuals for efficiency and accuracy of reporting process

• Developed cash flow projection report to forecast weekly cash inflows and outflows for upcoming four to six weeks so that we could anticipate shortfalls and make adjustments to compensate; incorporated unbilled revenue into the report so that we could project revenue that was not yet reflected in our financial reports
