
• Check benefits for workers compensation orders
• Check injury claims/cases with paralegals
• Fax or email patient schedule for the next clinic day to all referring providers
• Call provider’s office to make sure they received EMG patient schedule
• Reply to email reports and status requests
• Communicate with patients, clinics, attorneys and law firms
• Send and Work on Pending PCP requests and LOP requests
• Take patient payments, as needed
• Communicate daily with Technicians in the field regarding their schedules
• Other job-related tasks as assigned by management
