Hiking and seeing new places across the country or province will always be a good breath of fresh air and opportunity to reflect as sight seeing. I've hiked in Mont Tremblant, Saint Hyacinthetraining includes and Quebec, exploring places and camping near running water sources for bush craft and other activities. I take pleasure in expanding my bush crafting knowledge such as making natural water filters by using the natural resources from the environment and my surroundings or burning camp fires for ideal situations to maintain stealth by emitting little smoke or light. Physical training includes swimming, lifting weights or general exercise with bodyweight and some cardio, functional training is my preferred category of PT.
