Collaborate with a Customer Service Representative to retrieve the correct order in the ERP system.
* Verify the Bill of Materials and compare it with the inventory to ensure that all the raw materials are available for production.
*Verify the due dates of orders in the customer ERP portal and arrange the production schedule on the line accordingly.
Work alongside the quality department to guarantee that all raw materials and packaging supplies are approved for use.

* Review the labels and prints with the standard drawing / specification to make sure that al the formats and letters are in specification.
* Work with line technicians to resolve any production issues related to printing and labels.
* Work with maintenance department to schedule preventive and proactive maintenance of machines.
* Review all the documentation according to the standards established by the company and prepare everything for the customer and third-party audit.
*Organize and oversee the training of new employees, while also focusing on enhancing the skills of current staff.
*Monitor any machine downtime and implement appropriate countermeasures to address the issues. Prepare work instruction sheets and standard operating procedures (SOP) for machinery and processes.

•Procure machine spare parts and manage the inventory for these components.
