Clients: Boeing Commercial Airlines-USA, Bell Helicopter-USA.

• Responsible for designing, drafting and integration of helicopter structural components/assemblies and adding design values to it according to the zones of the helicopter. The project also included the mechanical and electrical standard parts modelling using Catia V6.
• Introduced the Knowledge ware advisor module in the project to control the dimensions of the standard parts using Microsoft excel.
• This improvised methodology lessened the efforts of designing the standard parts of various dimensions, which in turn conserved the time and increased the productivity.
• Orchestrated the team and liaised between the stakeholders and clients for necessary design changes.
• Observed the engineering process and interpreted the time-consuming methodologies behind the design conversion from different versions of the software (Catia V5).
