  • Permits and Inspections: Obtaining all necessary building permits and approvals from local government authorities and scheduling required inspections throughout the construction process.
  • Subcontractor and Labor Management: Hiring, supervising, and coordinating various specialized trade subcontractors (e.g., plumbers, electricians, roofers, carpenters). This also includes managing the construction team and ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Material and Supply Procurement: Sourcing and purchasing all necessary building materials and equipment, managing deliveries, and ensuring the quality of materials meets standards.
