
Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and escalations while providing coaching to analysts. Monitor service metrics and implement process improvements to enhance support efficiency. Perform security log reviews, assist in SIEM/EDR-based remediation, document incidents, and track vulnerabilities. Manage user account provisioning across multiple SaaS platforms. Maintain and administer 8-10 servers-including two domain controllers-and support over 1,000 users. Oversee workstation/server setup, system monitoring, WSUS/SCCM patching, software deployment, endpoint security policies, and remote administration.
