As a manager my responsibilities include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, handling customer feedback, and creating clear objectives for employees in order to meet and exceed sales goals. Other responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Managing inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels for in-demand products.
• Oversaw store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, and payroll
• Enhanced store appearance by maintaining cleanliness standards and visually appealing displays that showcased products effectively.

A second assistant manager is responsible for working closely with customers to build relationships, meet and exceed their wants and needs, and recommend efficient solutions. Other responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing store as well as coordinating store operations
• Training store associates on job expectations and procedures
• Established friendly and welcoming environment for customers
• Aid in inventory, including setting up displays and stocking merchandise
• Processing payments and managing financial transactions

As a cashier responsibilities include:

• Cashing out customer's items and ensuring that customers can find what they are looking for as well as providing them with a good customer service experience
• Stock shelves and tables with merchandise displays in order to attract customers
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit, or debit
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change due to customers
