  • I have been a Crew Trainer at McDonalds for over two years. I became a Crew Trainer one month after starting this job. My role involves but is not limited to tracking crew performance, assisting in inventory control and providing a positive work example. I conduct comprehensive training sessions for new crew members, ensuring they understand company policies, food safety standards, and customer service expectations. Most importantly, my main expectation is to be a crew leader and strong work example.

  • I worked at Westside Pizza for two years, and worked as the general manager for a year and a half. My time at this restaurant has given me experience in a leadership role where I oversaw daily operations and staff development. Some of my tasks included receiving food orders and unloading truck deliveries, working and directing in a fast paced environment, teamwork and management skills, leadership, counting tills, operating the POS system, and customer recovery tactics. I also have product ordering and staff scheduling experience. My main responsibilities included working as a positive crew role model, staff training, and ensuring the restaurant ran smoothly under my watch.
