Brief Snap Shot of Projects
Cloverdale: Completed the consolidation of 21 acres of industrial land with the closing of a Class B stream bisecting the property and adding approximately 18 acres as one parcel. The site has increased in value by $10 million after the site remediation work was completed.
Township of Langley: Completed Site 2 consolidation of 7.5 Acres on the highway ramp exit by compensation agreements with DFO. The net gain in the property was over 2 acres. Over $15 million gained in land value.
Willowbrook: Master plan for 2 high rise mixed use residential towers has been submitted to city. The initial open houses have been completed. A new transit exchange completion will start the pre-sales and further the project to the construction stage.
Gaming Centers: The chances gaming center in Castlegar was designed developed and opened successfully in 2011. The Salmon Arm gaming center is scheduled for construction in the summer of 2014 with the design and permitting completed.
Resort Development: Completed the Phase 1 of the Big White 350 room hotel and conference center which include the site works and 5 levels of parking. Completed the master plan for Hemlock Ski Hill development in collaboration with St’sailes Indian Band and the Province of BC. Shuwshap Lake Resort has been designed and completed for pre-sale.
Port Moody: 3 acre TOD development site has been rezoned in collaboration with the City of Port Moody to increase the density from 3 stories to 12 stories in view of the new sky train station. This effort has increased the net value in property by $ 15 Million at buildable costs.
Surrey: Successful rezoning of 16.4 acres at 20th avenue to 45 UPA increasing the yield per acre of the existing RA land. Development permit application completed for 100,000 SFT on 32nd avenue for an AAA office and retail use building.

Vancouver: Maynard’s and Richards’s residential projects design and development and completion of King Edward Village multi use project. Completed the renovations of Hasting and Squamish residential housing projects and the Holiday Inn Express PIP rebranding.
Montreal: Successfully completed and opening of mixed use development of Embassy Suites Montreal. This project had 400 suites with 200 room hotel with common space and restaurants. The project was completed at $ 75 M.
Successfully opened the first Candlewood Suites in Montreal with the rebranding of an existing apartment complex. Holiday Inn Express Montreal was also extensively renovated.
Halifax: Completed the award winning Best Western Chocolate Lake on a $ 10 M project budget and being showcased in the BW corporate advertising program.
Truro: Converted the Howard Johnson Truro to Holiday Inn Truro within a record time-$5 M
Moncton: Converted the Howard Johnson Moncton to award winning Crowne Plaza Moncton.
Fredericton: Converted the Lord Beaverbrook Hotel to Crowne Plaza Fredericton- $8M
