Handle a busy schedule, maintaining proper timelines on my performance of all services, which include manicures, pedicures, facials, massage, hair removal, lash and brow tinting, spray tans, and makeup application, to ensure client satisfaction and overall productivity.
Maintain strict sanitation and disinfection protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both staff and clients; Including disinfecting treatment rooms and areas after use, sterilizing tools after use, and resetting treatment rooms and areas for the next appointment.
Stock treatment rooms and stations with proper supplies. Stock scrub room and cleaning stations with sanitation and disinfection supplies.
Answer the reception phone, schedule clients or adjust appointments when reception is unavailable.
Welcome and check in clients arriving for appointments. Give them new health history forms to fill out when necessary. Offer them refreshments and bring to them if they desired.
Educate clients on treatment options and inform them of new services or current promotions.
Perform consultation and go over health history with clients to ensure proper care is provided and all notes are up to date. Once health forms are checked and necessary notes are made, I would file them in their designated folder.
Assist in inventory control, regularly monitoring stock levels of products and supplies.
Work with team members to ensure laundry is done, folded and put away. Also readying linens properly in treatment rooms and at service stations where required.
Establish long-lasting relationships with clients by providing personalized care and delivering consistent, exceptional results.
Develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on personal skin health goals, and educate clients on proper routine maintenance through professional treatments as well as at-home routines.
Ensure clients understand benefits of products recommended or sold, as well as benefits of services recommended or performed.
Recommend retail products and advise clients on proper at-home regimes for all services provided based on client needs and concerns.
Increase client retention by encouraging rebooking at the end of each treatment.
Assisted new estheticians through training, sharing desired practices and mentoring them through their onboarding process.
