- Participated in several voluntary events for the community and people in need. For example: Renovation of an elementary school 3x, renovation of a center for elderly people with disabilities, taking care of old dirt graves of people who died in the hospice 3x, renovation of an old hospice for people with cancer, giving out groceries and other basic needs to people in need 3x, planting and cleaning forests 5x.

- Helped through physical work to build a safe and clean environment for: elderly people with disabilities, elementary school students and others.

• Organized educational delegations for the whole council. One to Podiebrady, Czech Republic as a cooperation with another council and one to Brussel, Belgium to the european parliament
• Fostered climate of collaboration between general public, city manager, and members of city council.
• Created and supervised multiple voluntary events like forest cleaning, help for elderly or help for the animals in the shelter.
• Managed office with 13 permanent staff.
• Kept up with news on daily basis to stay informed about local, regional, national and international events.

• Explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns.
