Duties include:

• Use provided software to analyze market conditions
• Review vehicle condition reports
• Determine wholesale and retail prices
• Handle shipping vehicles to the dealership
• Inspect and accept vehicles arriving on site
• Resolve discrepancies regarding condition inspections and actual condition at arrival
• Create and execute reconditioning action plan to prepare vehicle for retail

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Schedule appointments and communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and explain them to customers
• Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Handle cash transactions and process payments from customers
• Maintain customer records and update service history in the database.

• Prioritize and dispatch work for the shop, maintain shop capacity, efficiency and productivity
• Monitor the availability of technicians and inform the Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, and Managers on absences or delays
• Use internal repair orders and pre-delivery inspections/checks to help reach production goals and complete internal work in a timely manner
• Identify and communicate opportunities to enhance workshop productivity and efficiency to Service Management
• Oversee, manage and calculate weekly technician incentives.

• Using One-Eighty, CDK (PFC, DSDA and Customer Vehicles Check)/RO Closer/InFoStream, TIS/XTime to make schedule appointments
• Handling customer calls regarding appointment cycle and ensuring all service appointments are scheduled when due
• Review unconfirmed appointments in the system and contact customers to confirm several days prior to the scheduled appointment date
• Contact customers to make them aware of outstanding recalls or campaigns and book the required appointments.

• Using One-Eighty, CDK, Netstars and Dashboard to complete all the deals and reports
• Performing clerical duties and accounting duties as assigned by Management
• Managing the customer traffic control system
• Completing Financial Report using Netstars to complete RDR (NVIS)
• Finishing every deal (including the commissions) and writing down the reports.

• Answer all incoming phone calls in a professional, polite and efficient manner
• Places, receives & routes a high volume of calls through a multi-line switchboard
• Assists in overflow tasks from staff including word processing, data entry & internet research tasks
• Serves as the first impression of the dealership & front lines the main desk at point of entry for the purpose of greeting & directing all visitors.
