• Continual responsibilities as previous role with an emphasis in the following:
• Responsible for the operational oversight of all SHC Communication Technologies solutions, system architecture, engineering evaluations, and application support
• Responsible for maintaining a library of system and technical design documentation, operational documentation, and service documentation for Communication Technologies solutions
• Define, monitor and report on Communication Technologies services metrics
• Work with IT Services leaders as well as Clinical and Business leaders to help SHC meet its clinical and business needs while increasing adoption of Communication Technologies services
• Lead the development of new, innovative clinical and non-clinical IT solutions to complex business problems. Work with management and the IT team to simplify existing solution architectures.
• Design and integrate Communication Technologies systems for existing and future environments

• Onsite and remote management of learning spaces and day-to-day technical support, ensuring that all AV/IT technology in 530+ video conference rooms, and designated instructional spaces, receive coverage. This includes troubleshooting AV systems, in person and remote Zoom support, control systems utilizing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, software, networking problems, and monitoring recording capture systems throughout designated learning spaces.
• Systems administrator for digital signage across Stanford University School of Medicine buildings using Chrome OS, Windows OS, and Mac OS devices. Train 15+ departments and register, configure, install/ deploy digital signage devices. 60+ devices, 30+ account profiles with over 2,000 forms of media and over 100 individual playlist. Daily monitor and maintain digital signage systems for the School of Medicine. Aid Stanford Hospital & Clinics Digital Signage infrastructure, spanning the Bay Area. 230+ devices, 1.4K playlist, 110+ users.
• Calendar integration for classroom support and act as coordinator for AV room support for the Dean's Office at Stanford University School of Medicine as well as outside vendors.
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvement including high stake video conference meetings between the Dean's office and Apple executives such as Tim Cook and Jeff Williams.

• Act as first line of response to requests for AV equipment, video conferencing, and conference room computers; escalate more complex problems to appropriate tier 2 and/or tier 3 support teams.
• Install, upgrade, configure, and troubleshoot computing and communication devices and peripherals for conference rooms.
• Assist AV Chief Engineer on video editing and production projects with Final Cut Pro.

• Monitor 15+ AV conference rooms and troubleshoot audio, video, control systems, and video conferencing equipment. Correctly read and interpreted audio-visual diagrams.
