Inbound- Gating in all Drop and Live loads appointments utilizing Manhattan(YMS) and WMS. Logging all trailers for paper records. Communicating with receiving leadership regarding all intake into yard.

Outbound - Gating out all Routes and empty trailers utilizing Manhattan and WMS. Communicating with shipping leadership regarding all routes and trailers departing the yard.

Warehouse Audit - patrolling the facility looking for pilferage or misplaced product. Checking emergency doors and alarms. Patrolling all departments and looking for unsafe conditions.

Central/Lobby - checking for company issued badges, and checking all bags entering and exiting the facility. Monitoring cctv cameras, conducting video review on product that are found missing. Answering incoming calls and transferring to the correct personnel. Logging in all contractors and visitors.

Inbound - systematically gating in all appointments and backhaul deliveries utilizing YMS (Yard Management System). Communicating with receiving leadership. Logging in any vendors that need access to the truck yard.

Outbound - systematically gating out all routes and empty trailers utilizing YMS and Atlas. Communicating with shipping leadership.

Rover - Conducting truck yard inventory and temperature checks on all loaded trailers, while utilizing a hand-held zebra scanner. Check all empty trailers and checking the backs to verify that every trailer is in fact empty. Systemically update any errors or discrepancies to keep the yard as accurate as possible. Report any issues to leadership.

Lobby - answering phone calls regarding employment, call offs, family emergencies, vendors and meetings. Making sure all personnel badges in before entering the facility. Monitoring all cctv cameras located throughout the facility. As well as the fire alarm, burglary alarm, and the ammonia panel. Typing up the DAR (Daily Activity Report) which states where every AP is posted at and what everyone has done for the day in terms of productivity.

General Labor - picked orders while utilizing the electric pallet jack. Used voice activated head set that would say the location and quantity of the item that needed to be picked for that specific order. After completion the pallet would need to be wrapped and staged at the correct location, awaiting to be loaded. The process was repetitive.

Picked orders while utilizing the electric pallet jack, while working in extreme temperatures ranging from freezing conditions to dry. Once order has been filled, the pallet would get wrapped and staged on the dock awaiting to be loaded. The process was then repeated.
