Despite limited work experience, I have achieved significant milestones in diverse roles, including serving as a bar waiter and in the army. I honed my skills in the hospitality sector by actively participating in team meetings to strategize menu enhancements and policy adjustments. I ensured customer satisfaction by regularly checking in during service, conducted inventory assessments, and played a pivotal role in training new staff members. My commitment to excellence was evident in how I handled guest complaints with professionalism, underscoring my dedication to maintaining a high standard of service.
Transitioning to military service, I fulfilled responsibilities within a security detail supporting high-profile government officials. My duties encompassed equipment maintenance, readiness for operational tasks, physical training facilitation, and logistical coordination for field exercises, notably during my deployment in Korea.
While my academic focus centred on flight service management at Seneca College, I intentionally diversified my work experiences beyond airport settings to broaden my horizons. This varied exposure has enriched my skill set and cultivated adaptability across different job environments.
With a foundation in military service and a repertoire of attributes, including a positive mindset, a strong sense of responsibility, commitment to excellence, and effective communication, I am not just ready but eager to embark on new challenges and continue exploring diverse opportunities in my professional journey.
