Supervision & checking of all site activities for Main Roads, all the internal roads & parking according to the approved drawings & specifications. Supervising embankment, sub grade, sub base, fill layers, including checking the prime coat, tack coat, pavers, steel rollers and PTR and following the mix design parameter for all asphalt layers. Mix design for wet mix and stabilization layer. Checking of various qualities tests for soil .maximum dry density, California Bearing Ratio, Plastic index, Gradation, Sand Equivalent. Preparation of formation, Sub Grade, Sub Base, Wet mix and Asphalt also responsible of Culverts, drainage, street lights, Stone Pitching and reflector mirror. Checking sub-grade, sub-base, aggregate road base & wet mix for the required % of compaction and forwarding the request to laboratory for testing. Supervising, road marking and fixing sign boards work. Supervising the fixing frame as per approved Design. Supervising the concrete works including split and future ducts Supervising the reinforcement concrete works. Sewerage network - Excavation for main sewer lines and house connections, geo textile& pipe laying inspection, aggregate surround inspection and back filling by layers. Inspection in Precast yard prior to concrete for GRP liner, GRP Benching and cover slabs for SEWER Network. Supervision for installation of pipelines, manholes, inspection chambers. Collection chambers, Cut of walls, etc. as per approved shop drawing. Supervision of Site Workmanship. Coordination with the site activities. Ensure work is done as per the approved shop drawings Ensure specification and policies at work site. Keep a daily record of site checks performed and maintain dairy. Ensure materials used are as per approved material submittals. Witnessing test performed on site e.g. compaction test, hydro test etc.
