• Responsible for whole management of cargo operation and ground handling(including 44 domestic and overseas base or station）

Live Animals Loading Standards for Air Transport (MH/T 1013—2004), Live Animals Packing Standards for Air Transport (MH/T 1014—2004), Aquatic Products Packaging Standards for Air Transport (MH 1007—1997), etc.
• Built collaborative relationships with key company leaders to solve challenges and elevate quality and safety based on auditor and authority feedback.
• Presented proposals to ICAO, including proposal in 2017 "On the Definition of 1.2m Drop Testing Subject for Lithium Battery Packages" (Approved by ICAO, CAAC).
