
Being a part of some of the city’s best and finest restaurants and bars has made me passionate about the effort I put into my work. It’s made me proud to have had a helping hand in the success of each location I’ve worked at and made me closer to my community and city. Every experience I’ve had has been a positive influence in my work ethos and makes me become the best version needed for any project.
Create and serve cocktails with the best and delicious ingredients while working in a high volume environment. I also helped provide a fun and immersive experience for the customers while they enjoyed their food and drinks.
I was responsible for plating and garnishing food as they appeared on the window and sent them out accordingly in a timely fashion. I was responsible for communicating between the front of house and back of house for any itemized changes. Other accountabilities included maintaining my station clean and avoidance of any cross contamination with the other lines.
Restock the bar such as garnishes, ice bins, clean glasses and liquor bottles.
Change beer kegs when tapped out and help run food to tables and outside patio with the seat chart memeorized.
Keeping both the front of house and back of house clean and quickly clean any spillage, wiping down tables and hourly cleaning for restrooms.
