Summary

I am a caring and versatile English Language teacher with over twenty years of teaching experience, including fifteen years in Hong Kong's Direct Subsidy Scheme and Government Aided Secondary Schools. I am highly motivated to meet the diverse needs of learners and skilled at differentiating instruction to support and engage students of varying abilities.

Throughout my teaching career, I have been committed to creating a positive and dynamic English language learning environment. I am adept at managing classroom dynamics and encouraging student participation. While teaching in Hong Kong, I consistently encouraged my students to speak English, even when it was outside their comfort zone. Understanding that English was not their first language, I focused on making lessons enjoyable and engaging to spark their interest and build their confidence.
